How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred tour and date. You'll receive instant confirmation via email. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp or phone for personalized assistance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. In case of bad weather, we'll offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
How many people can fit in a tuk-tuk?
Our standard tuk-tuks comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers plus the driver. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple tuk-tuks. Our custom tours can accommodate up to 6 people with special arrangements.
Are the tuk-tuks eco-friendly?
Yes! All our tuk-tuks are 100% electric, producing zero emissions. We're committed to sustainable tourism and reducing our environmental impact while showing you the beauty of Barcelona.
What happens if it rains?
Our tuk-tuks have weather protection including roofs and side covers. Light rain won't affect your tour. In case of heavy rain or storms, we'll contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Where do the tours start?
All our tours depart from our pickup point at Carrer d'Aragó, 400, Eixample, 08013 Barcelona. Please make your own way there — the exact meeting details are included in your booking confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),Revolut, Wise, PayPal, and cash payments. Online bookings require card payment for instant confirmation.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Absolutely! Our tours are family-friendly and children love the tuk-tuk experience. The minimum age is 2y/o. We can provide child seats upon request.
Do your guides speak English?
Yes, all our guides are fluent in English and Spanish. Tours available also in: Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian and Bulgaria. Let us know your language preference when booking.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera. Bring water if you like—it is not included on our tours. For evening tours, bring a light jacket as it can get cooler.
Can I customize my tour?
Yes! We offer fully customizable private tours where you can choose the attractions, duration, and route. Contact us to discuss your preferences and we'll create the perfect itinerary for you.
Are entrance fees included in the tour price?
Tour prices include the tuk-tuk ride and guide services. Entrance fees to monuments and attractions are not included unless specifically stated. Your guide can help you purchase tickets if desired.
